Built-in a modern style in 2023, it provides guests with 450 m2 of living space within a spacious 700 m2 estate for an exceptional annual vacation. Spread over two floors, Villa Bellissima 1 & 2 can accommodate up to 22 guests in 12 elegantly furnished bedrooms. Two rooms are equipped with single beds (90x200), while the remaining 10 rooms feature double beds (160x200).

All fully air-conditioned bedrooms have private bathrooms with shower cabins, along with an additional separate toilet. Two rooms share a spacious terrace equipped with a table and chairs. Enjoy culinary delights in two fully equipped kitchens—one on the ground floor and another on the upper floor.

The dining areas are furnished with tables for hearty meals, while the two living rooms offer comfortable sofas, coffee tables, and TVs—perfect for afternoon relaxation or evening gatherings with favorite movies and series.

The villa offers four terraces: the lower ones encompass two heated pools of 24 m2, 1.5 meters deep, adorned with eight loungers for relaxation, an outdoor charcoal or wood barbecue, and an outdoor dining table. The upper terraces feature an additional outdoor barbecue, a dining table, and two romantic jacuzzi—ideal for enjoying the sunset.

During your stay, guests can use the washing machine, dryer, and iron. Additional amenities such as a high chair and crib can be provided upon prior arrangement. The villa's fenced yard offers three private parking spaces.

For sailing or paddling enthusiasts, Vrsi provides excellent conditions, thanks to summer maestral winds, ideal for these activities.
